Working alongside the Laundry Manager at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Laundry Coordinator who possesses great attention to detail with a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people Answer the telephone within (3) rings using proper telephone etiquette Handle special instructions and requests from the guest such as rush orders, special delivery times, starching instructions, folding instructions, etc. Inspect clothing for holes, tears, faded color or missing buttons and broken zippers Report any complaints or concerns to the Housekeeping Manager/ Laundry  Manager or Assistant Manager for immediate action

 

 

General Requirements

 

Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment Able to communicate with managers regarding special requests for guests Employees must fulfill their performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules, and procedures of the hotel
