 We are selectively seeking a Launch Engineer to join our team. Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment based on trust and integrity and have an interest in a hands-on approach to business. Interested applicants should have a passion for manufacturing and innovation as well as a desire for a broad scope of daily responsibilities. In addition to these qualities, we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:   

Requirements

We're looking for quick-learning, technically oriented engineers with the following qualities:

3+ years of engineering experience launching productLighting experience is a plusProven self-directed Project Management skills while consistently hitting deadlines To lead new product development through concept, design, tooling, and production readiness. Proven results towards continuous improvementsExperience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learningFamiliarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. product/machine design and build, launch, quoting, price negotiation, customer interactionProven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere 

Additionally, we're looking for the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in engineering3+ years of experience in related fieldMust be a U.S. citizen or green card holderManufacturing experience is a plus!Industry specific experience is a plus, but not a requirement
