Disney Central is currently looking for Latin America Consumer Direct (LACD) Sales Specialists, bilingual English speakers with fluency in Portuguese! They focus on creating magical vacation planning experiences using extraordinary Guest service skills and strong attention to detail, as well as assisting Guests in Portuguese language in completing their vacation planning. Our sales specialists will be required to address the needs of our Guests by establishing a positive rapport with emphasis on sales and service. This is an hourly position in an inbound contact center located at Disney Central in Orlando, Florida. The sales specialist will attend a paid training class where you will participate in multiple performance assessments. The current operating hours are Sunday through Saturday, 6:45 a.m. to 8:15p.m. The starting pay rate for this position is $18.90 per hour. **Responsibilities :** In this position, the sales specialists meet or exceed Disney’s quality and guest service standards. They will assist with our Latin America Consumer Direct channel and Walt Disney World® Resort Room, Dine & Recreation bookings and Ticket products. This team also supports our Internet Help Desk services and assists our guests concerning their website experience through troubleshooting and procedural means.
