We are looking for someone to join our team as a LATAM Talent Operations & Benefits Workflow Analyst based in Mexico City, Mexico. It’s important to note that the type of hiring for this role is temporal/fixed to 6 months, as it covers an assignment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Talent Operations & Benefits Workflow Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in mapping out all workflows related to Talent Operations and Benefits, with the goal of identifying opportunities for automation, transferring operational tasks, and improving overall process efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams at Netflix and local vendors in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive mapping of all Talent Operations and Benefits workflows.
Identify and propose opportunities for process automation and operational task transfer.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and enhance process efficiency.
Collaborate with the effectiveness manager to support the TEO process transformation and prioritization.
Engage with local vendors in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil to gather insights and ensure alignment.
Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
Facilitate communication and coordination between various stakeholders.

Skills and experience: :
Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is highly preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a Talent/HR Operations, Benefits or similar role.
Preferred experience managing Vendors (Vendor Management)
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in process mapping and workflow analysis.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
