As a LATAM Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

Providing the operational leadership needed to drive profitable service growth, including, but not limited to resource capacity planning, fulfillment strategy and customer support, with consistent and concise communications internally and externally.

Directing supervision of the Product Visual Service Engineers.

Providing KPIs in a timely fashion to allow senior management to monitor day-to-day activity and resource requirements.

Ensuring cost control and quality

Attending product trainings and learn Video-endoscopes product repairs, being capable to diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and software problems. Technically guide the team in troubleshooting and repair with special focus on product technical changes or advancements.

Implementing Operation Safety Policy instructions and conduct service work in compliance with all HSE applicable regulations and employee safety practices

Ensuring operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership and compliance

Leading Lean Six Sigma process improvements, particularly around processes where multiple functions are involved.

Handling important business unit clientsWork close with Sales and Services Product Managers

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's Degree from a STEM discipline

Demonstrate experience working in Industry role

Have previous Service or Commercial experience.

Have fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) – Spanish is a Plus

Be able to travel 20% of the time to visit customers among others.

Have computer skills with familiarity of MS Office products, and data analysis.

Demonstrate fundamental electronics and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

Read and understand schematic, and "Hands-on" work on the equipment.

Demonstrate leadership skills, with a focus on change acceleration and process improvement

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
