We offer specialized services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and Lash Extensions. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a state licensed cosmetologist or esthetician who has a deep desire to concentrate on how to craft lash extensions for clients in The Lash Lounge Method. No experience necessary but you must have persistence, patience, and a desire to improve. We will train you!  You are able to work independently, understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions, have strong personal interaction skills. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible, and focused on providing superior customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Become Certified in The Lash Lounge Method of lashing Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products Understand and promote products and memberships Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs Maintain clean and sterile work environment REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Esthetics license  No previous experience necessary! Customer service focused; cultivating relationships with clients and co-workers Reliable transportation Strong work ethic, patience, persistence, ability to take constructive criticism Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered Ability to work weekends and some evenings WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
