Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Virtual Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on selling to large resellers in the distribution market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing account relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with large resellers in the distribution market. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.Drive revenue growth by finding opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts and acquiring new reseller partners to meet annual sales targets.Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to resellers.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with resellers to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management. Utilize CRM tools to track account activities and progress.15% travel is requiredMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.3 – 5 years of work experience, science or distribution environment is helpful.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Problem-solving and multi-tasking techniquesStrong written and communication skillsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
