Leads major projects for multiple users with few operational responsibilities, by taking the project from original concept through the final implementation phase. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including IT Staff, BHS Management members, Physicians, end users, distributors, and vendors. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Communicates with executive team members regarding the status of specific projects. Maintains overall responsibility for the project implementation, and directs the work efforts and coordination of the project team members, including resource needs. Maintains and stays within the planned budget for projects.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree Excellent Verbal Communication Skills Excellent Written Communication Skills Excellent Organizational Skills PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree (in Computer Science or Business Administration ) Minor in Math/Computer Science is highly preferred Master's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems. Minimum of five years of experience in IS Project Management Experience in Hospital Management and/or Hospital Information Systems. License/Certifications/Special Requirements: Project Management Professional (PMP) within 2 years. Pay Status: EXEMPT
