Primary Focus:

As a language-enabled all-source analyst, you will conduct analysis using information from multiple sources and foreign languages to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. You will generate products in accordance with tradecraft standards, using a wide range of resources and tools and briefs analysis for stakeholder. This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities Assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.Generate products in accordance with tradecraft standards, using a wide range of resources and tools and briefs analysis for stakeholder.Regularly translate publicly available documents and reports.Increase translation output by using information system skills like word processing and data entry.Validate information and apply client tradecraft to build assessments for the internal client, customers, and senior policymakers.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience or Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience or HS diploma/GED and 9+ years of experience3+ Years of Language Enabled Analytic Experience3+ years of experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of signals intelligence analysis and reportingExperience with DoD intelligence tools, methodologies, regulations, and policyKnowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and proceduresAbility to show a score of 2+ or higher in Listening and Reading on the DLPT, ILR, ODA, or ACTFL Advanced Low in the Chinese (Mandarin) or Tagalog languageAbility to synchronize tactical and strategic intelligence into products; able to communicate with vast audiencesAbility to provide shift work supportRequires Top Secret/SCI with a CI Poly Clearance.Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills:

Must possess problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem setsExperience working in Cyber, Air, Naval or Space domainsKnowledge and experience with intelligence operations and drafting expert assessments across domains on behalf of the stakeholderBachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree a plusCompletion of a credentialing Service School including Army MOS 35P or AFSC 1N3 or Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized SIGINT analyst certification course
