Position Overview

Mickman Brothers is currently seeking Full-time Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team on a variety of landscape construction projects. Pay is hourly based on experience with the opportunity for overtime.

Job Duties Understand the importance of quality installations, processes, and procedures to build a sustaining landscape installation. Work productively as a team to maximize efficiency, promote quality standards and maintain safety of all crew members Work with Lead Assistant to ensure proper tools and inventory are on hand for every project Safely operate landscape equipment under the supervision of the Crew Leader Help Crew Leader to ensure installation vehicles and trailers are hooked up properly and loaded safely Attend all safety meetings and help to promote a safe workplace for all crew members Qualifications Preferred: Prior experience in the Landscaping industry Working knowledge of basic tools; ability to safely lift, push, and install heavy products Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsite Ability to follow instructions and effectively communicate with Crew Leader, Lead Assistant and other crew members Must be reliable, punctual, and organized Moves equipment and merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Willing and able to work in various weather conditions (8-10 hours a day) and maintain appropriate work attire Additional Information

Competitive wages based on experience, starting at $20-23 per hour
