Role description:

Our Waterloo office is seeking a Landscape Architecture Co-op Student to collaborate with professionals on diverse projects, including regional, city-wide, and site planning scales, as well as the design and implementation of parks, plazas, and streetscapes. We work with both public and private sector clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with project teams, clients, local communities, and external consultants.

Role accountabilities:

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Develop concept designs and presentations Assist with written reports and master plans Contribute to contract documents, construction drawings, and detailing

Qualifications & Experience:

Currently enrolled in an accredited landscape architecture program or related field Excellent graphic communication skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite Strong technical detailing, drafting, and construction practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary range for this position is $20-33/hour. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
