Provide support to other department members in preparing various types of plans, reports, and projects, including:
Comprehensive and neighborhood development plansRedevelopment and site master plansParks and Trails master plansBoth public-sector and private-sector projectsProvide support to other departments in the company with planning-related projects (marketing, outreach and public involvement, project development).Assist with design and planning process duties, including:
Renderings, both digital and handSite plans, maps, and diagramsPresentation materials (e.g., boards and reports)WritingPublic meeting/outreach support/engagement Qualifications Minimum of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university programMust be highly motivated and possess the ability to work independently or on a team in a fast-paced, professional environmentSelf-motivated and a problem solverExcellent written, oral, and graphic communication skillsPrevious intern experience in the field of Landscape ArchitectureProficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Adobe design software (e.g., PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator)LandFX and SketchUp experience preferredExcellent organization and time management skillsPerformance Measures:
