Responsibilities:

Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models for landscape architecture projects. Collaborate with architects, urban designers, engineers, and city planners to ensure cohesive and sustainable designs. Conduct research and analysis on environmental conditions, land use, and zoning regulations. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design proposals to clients and stakeholders. Support the supervision of construction and installation of landscape designs to ensure they match the original plan. Stay updated with current design trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed institute. Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputed institute in India or abroad. Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Revit. Strong visual communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other professionals. Knowledge of zoning regulations and land use policies. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience working on landscape projects with reputed international design firms would be an advantage.
