Job Description

We hire Land Management Summer Associates that are passionate about sustainable clean energy. Our summer associates support the team in all aspects of land management including leasing, title work, and database management.

Responsibilities:

Preparation and processing of real estate related contractsInputting data in land databaseAssisting with real estate title mattersPerforming other duties as assigned

QualificationsCollege undergraduate, ideally a rising senior or graduateExperience with GIS a plusProficiency in ExcelGood analytical skillsAttention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional InformationThe summer associate program will run from June 2 through August 8 but we can be flexible with the start and end datesHours: Full Time Type:  Non-ExemptPaid Internship: Undergraduate, $17/Hour; Graduate, $27/HourOffice Location: Our Charlottesville, VA headquarters
