Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Contract administrationWith direction, submit plans to City or County agencies for processingDistribution and review of department documents (i.e., sequence sheets, development schedules, color scheme documents, plans, lot exhibits, phasing maps, etc.)Prepare check requests for various permits and feesData entry of project information (plan types, lot #, addresses, phasing, etc.)With direction, coordinate building plan submission with consultantsProcess bond requestsProcess certificate of insurance requestsMaintain filingLog and track plans, check requests and contractsAssist with budget updates and invoice approvalD.R.
