Job Description
Design, develop, and deploy automated test systems, applications for automated assembly, control systems, and research & development tools.
ResponsibilitiesWrite high-quality LabVIEW software.Work directly with clients and manage client relationships.Perform medical device validation.Define project requirements.Work with a wide range of hardware systems.Integrate software and hardware.Deploy systems at client locations primarily around the Twin Cities, MN.Document validation and verification processes.Experience with vision systems would be an added bonus.Essential Skills7+ years of experience working with LabVIEW.BS in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.Willingness to adapt LabVIEW programming style to our style guidelines.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's of Engineering in electrical engineering or physics or similar.5+ years of industry experience, especially in medical device, military/aerospace, or automotive.LabVIEW Certified Developer or LabVIEW Certified Architect (CLD, CLA).Experience with validation documentation.Experience with TestStand.Knowledge of additional programming languages (SQL, C/C++, Python, NodeJS, C#, Java).Work Environment
The team works out of an office space in St. Paul off of University. The team is all in the office on Mondays and has flexibility depending on projects to work remote, in the office, or at customer sites the remainder of the week. The office has 9 full-time employees.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
