What You'll Be Doing

Provide general plant clean-upLight to heavy mechanical maintenance to ensure constant productionAssist in plant maintenance when neededUpkeep of plant and heavy equipment (broom & shovel work)Maintain daily plant/heavy equipment operationsOperate plant equipmentCross Trained in other jobs

What Are We Looking For

Ability to work both 8 and 12 hour work shifts as well as weekend work when requiredHigh School Diploma is requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Capability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment.Competency in performing physical tasks and working outdoors.Effective communication skills and teamwork.Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
