**C&S Waste Solutions** is currently hiring for a full time **Laborer/Sorter** to work out of our site in **Ukiah, CA** ! **Schedule** is **Monday through Friday 4AM-3PM** . Occasional Saturdays as needed. **Starting pay is $20 per hour** . The pay range for this job category is $20-$21 per hour. The Position: We are looking for a _high energy Sorter/Laborer_ to join the team at C&S Waste Solutions in Ukiah, CA. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. + Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. + Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. + Be punctual and on time. + Wear proper PPE at all times. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT: + Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds. + Ability to stand for long periods at a time. + Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. + Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. + Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and environments.
