**Laboratory Sciences Professional (Entry Senior Level)** **Description** **University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus** **School of Medicine | Department of Medicine | Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology** **Job Title: Laboratory Sciences Professional (Entry - Senior Level)** **Position: #00831675 - Requisition: #36113** **Job Summary:** **Key Responsibilities:** + Responsibilities include technical laboratory work related to inflammatory bowel disease including biochemical analysis, quantitative PCR, cell culture, ELISA, western blot, tissue histology, mouse handling/dissection and flow cytometry. + Utilizing specialized knowledge and sophisticated research techniques examining inflammation-related signaling by intestinal epithelial cells. + Implementation of schedule methodology, timeline, and detailed lab book maintenance. + Collecting, recording, analyzing, and presenting data in lab meetings. + Assist faculty with development and writing of research protocols. + Assist faculty with development and writing of manuscripts and presentations. + Meeting with the project Principal Investigator (Ian M.
