Job Description

Join AstraZeneca as a Signals Notebook Configuration Specialist. You will play a relevant role in handling and configuring our electronic laboratory notebook (ELN), ensuring efficient system performance and supporting user needs in alignment with our research team's requirements

Accountabilities

Provides financial mentorship to business departments and ensures that all business collaborators receive the financial information they need to handle business performance.Helps provide accurate financial analysis and mentorship to business projects and teams to present a sound financial basis for decisions.Ensure compliance with regulations, governance, internal procedures, and processes.Support the implementation of change initiatives to increase performance, reduce risk and improve governance.Under the direction of senior managers, produce relevant data and analysis to support business recommendations.Support day-to-day risk and contingency management and input into financial strategies and inter-company transactions across the entire global organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience in coordinating electronic laboratory notebooks, particularly Signals Notebook, is helpful.  Laboratory information management systems (LIMS) experience is an acceptable alternative.Proficiency in ITIL practices and general system administration for laboratory systems.Strong IT skills, with an emphasis on user management and system configuration.Proficiency in crafting user-friendly documentation and training materials.Excellent communication and social skills in English.

Desirable

Familiarity with compliance standards in pharmaceutical research is helpful.
