Location: Flexible but ideally based in Midwest/Great Plains/South Central Geography (Travel expectation is around 50% of the time domestic) As our **Labor Relations Manager,** you will be responsible for managing all labor relations activities across assigned territory to maintain positive relationships between management and employees. Part of this is interpreting and administering the terms of multiple collective bargaining and local expense agreements in collaboration with the Americas Labor Relations Leaders to ensure consistent application across an assigned area. You will be a key member of the labor relations team and provide counsel and advice directly to front-line and supply line businesses. In addition to the above - you will be our subject matter expert here with an expectation of handling escalations directly and providing guidance to our stakeholders on successful employee relations practice - including coordination/management of dispute/grievance process, positive employee engagement, professional development to internal leaders, and performance improvement actions. You will bring 5+ years of diverse experience in successively challenging Labor Relations. You may also bring HR positions with 3+ years requiring direct labor relations employees’ relations, grievance procedures and arbitration. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations: + Nashville area hiring range: $115,800.00 - $159,200.00 + Denver/Dallas area hiring range: $130,400.00 - $179,300.00 **Variable Compensation** KONE 60/40 Annual Bonus plan with a target of 15% based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
