Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in California.
Substantive experience in labor & employment litigation.
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team.Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in a wide range of complex labor and employment matters.
Provide strategic counsel to clients on wage & hour class litigation and single plaintiff employment litigation.
Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice.
