Medical Laboratory Technician (Hematology Department)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our hematology department for the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in performing laboratory tests and ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic results.

Requirements: Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree in Science and 1+ years of experience as a medical laboratory technicianBachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory ScienceAssociate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)Active MLT/CLS/MT/MLS certification

Responsibilities:

Perform hematological tests and analyses with precision.Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of specimens.Maintain lab equipment and follow quality control procedures.Document and report test results accurately.

Additional Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and standards.

Shift Details: This is a full-time overnight position

Schedule: 12:00am – 8:00am, Tuesday - Saturday (ex. 12:00am Tuesday - 8:00am Tuesday)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.68 - $36.58/hr.
