JOB PURPOSE

对提交给QC实验室的样品进行分析，包括但不限于操作中间样品、产品样品和原材料样品。 负责所有QC实验室设备的维护和基本故障排除。 必须遵守实验室工作的规则和原则，并为所有执行的工作保留清晰、准确的记录。

使用批准的程序分析提交的样品，并需注意
•    所需的准确度和精密度
•    所需的交货时间

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

•    通过有效利用时间、设备和材料，确保以最低成本完成工作。
•    学习、理解和应用所有分析方法和仪器程序，包括但不限于重量分析、ICP-OES、AAS、滴定仪、微波消解器等。
•    确保严格遵守有关环境、健康和安全的所有法规。
•    按要求参加经批准的培训课程，完成在线学习与发展课程，并积极参与接受分析技能培训和评估。
•    使用5S 和精益方法确保维持所需的内务管理和工作场所效率标准。
•    作为团队成员在5S 和 CI 项目做出贡献。
•    在实验室内外建立并维护所有必要的通信链接，以帮助确保良好的客户服务。
•    在合理指示下执行员工技能和能力范围内的任何其他职责。
•    保持所有实验室工作的清晰准确记录。
•    使所有仪器保持良好的工作状态，并进行小故障排除和维修。
