Job Description:

The lab tech will be responsible for conducting testing such as Distillations, GC, Sulfurs, Viscosity and Metal Test on jet fuel, crude oil, diesel, gasoline, and ethanol. On average, they will be conducting test on 10-20 samples per day.

Qualifications:

2 Years working in a laboratoryMust be mechanically inclinedExperience working with metals and enginesExperience with Wet chemistryPlus: Octane Experience or GC Experience

Work Environment:

Shift: training M-F 8a-5p for a minimum of 2 weeks

Standard Shift: 5/2/5/3

5 Days On// 2 Days Off //5 Days On// 3 Days Off 4a-4p then repeat to 4p-4a

Example:

Week 1/2- Work Monday-Friday (4a-4p), OFF Saturday/Sunday

Week 3/4-Work Monday-Friday (4p-4a) OFF Saturday/Sunday/Monday

*They should expect about 20 hours of OT per week*

Need to be flexible to work on Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled requires.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
