Lab Coordinator - AMP - Lewisville, TX - Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM (Rotational Weekends)

The coordinator is responsible for providing general administrative support to the pathology and specialty pathology department(s) and will serve as the main contract for client communication and interaction for the department.

Pay Range: $22.43+ per hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Field phone calls from clients and route appropriately. Understand urgency and efficiency required for client communicationFax-e-mail correspondence to/from clientsDevelop, distribute and correlate findings from customer surveysProblem solves client service issues and ensures resolution has been reachedSchedules client visits as appropriate regarding workflow and performance improvement opportunitiesPrepare and maintain Lab contact lists for clients and sales teamScan final reports to the Billing departmentPrepare and distribute consult cases. Monitor and track outside consults for completion and quality assurance.Prepare and distribute reports to pathologistFile and maintain local slides and case packetsAct as a resource for client related test requisitioning and use of web portalPrepare and distribute literature to clients regarding services offeredCoordinate information between the pathology or specialty pathology department, Sales and referral locationsProvides sales and service recovery resource to Sales team to include scheduling lunch meeting and travel arrangements for pathologist.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Work Experience:

One year experience interfacing with clients

Preferred Work Experience:

One year experience in a client services position environment, preferredTranscription experience, preferred
