Learning and Development
Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team and individualPlan training programs based on business goalsOversee learning activities, curriculum and resourcesWork with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needsCreate and design training programs and activities using ArticulateFacilitate face to face (classroom) or online (Teams, Zoom or other platform) training and onboarding of new admin graduate’s sessionsManage training budgetsEvaluate the results of learning coursesImplement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learningSupport and provide compliance training needs and reportingRecommend new training methods (including e-learning courses and game-based platforms)Fulfil role of Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) – compile Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Report for submission to FASSET (or relevant SETA)Oversee the implementation of critical programs such as learnerships.Ensure compliance with BBBEE Skills Development Targets and capture relevant skills development data in the BEE Manager systemPrior Work Experience / Background:
5 or more years’ experience as a People Training & Development business partnerExperience in classroom and online lesson facilitationExperience in instructional designCoaching experience, preferably a qualified coachTechnical / Special Requirements (PC Skills / Product Knowledge / Specific Competencies)
