•    Asegurarse de que se descargar y se localice el material recibido, en cantidad y en tiempo correspondiente, siguiendo prioridades.
•    Asegurarse de proveer el material requerido para el surtido hacía las Plantas de producción mediante sus subordinados o el mismo.
•    Trabajo en equipo, comunicación con líderes de materiales, y tráfico de otras áreas.
•    Asegurarse de las transferencias correctas de los artículos a proveer por parte de sus subordinados y el mismo.
•    Mantener diariamente el control de inventario: monitoreo de negativos, solicitud de ajustes, notificación de discrepancias auditoria de sus localizaciones.
•    Capacitar a su personal en las prácticas diarias para mantener exactitud de inventario.
•    Transporta el material de inspeccion con destino al lugar correspondiente de incoming inspection.
•    Verifica detalladamente los materiales recibidos uno por uno y notifica las discrepancias encontradas.
•    Mantener el área de montacargas en condiciones aceptables de seguridad y asegura notificar las anomalías o posibles fallas reportadas en el Check list de control de moncargas.
•    Asegurarse de mantener el control de inventario de las localizaciones de recibos.
•    Evalúa diariamente el cumplimiento de sus subordinados.
