Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the operation of allocated commercial stores Monitor sales growth and ensure alignment with company targets Oversee product ordering, stock control, and display implementation Drive store disciplines in line with standards and procedures Provide exceptional service to retail clients and resolve store-level challenges Liaise with internal departments and provide feedback to the Line Manager Coach, supervise, and support Merchandisers in conjunction with management Ensure full compliance with sales procedures and reporting protocols Requirements:
