Job Summary:

As a KYC Data Management Specialist , you conduct intermediate analysis to uncover patterns leading to new questions and solutions through data collection, integrity, utilization, requirements, and analysis.  You apply your KYC and Data analysis knowledge and problem-solving methodologies across multiple applications of moderate scope.  You use your elevated analysis skills to support the design and development of metrics reporting and dashboards to enable Management to execute their strategic objectives and ensure conformance with all controls, policies, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Using your analytical skills, you will analyze KYC data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. This analysis may involve examining customer profiles, transactional data, and other relevant information to detect suspicious activities or potential risks Reporting: You will prepare reports to present the findings of your analysis. These reports should be clear, concise, and actionable, helping stakeholders make informed decisions Testing: Highlight testing exercise defects not just within business/ system/ data processing logic but also to estimate if there are new data quality challenges that will surfaced Data Management: You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining KYC-related data from various sources. This involves ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness, as well as complying with data privacy and security regulations Continuous Learning: The field of KYC and data analysis is constantly evolving. You should actively seek opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills by staying abreast of industry trends, attending relevant trainings
 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum 2 years of experience delivering data-driven problem solving  Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and to support the development of accurate conclusions  Must have -Experience in KYC domain/applications Must have -Advance Excel  Must have -Priori experience with financial services 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree Good to have -Alteryx, SQL
