Job DescriptionVerifying customer identities by reviewing documents Assessing risks linked to customer profiles and transactionsContinuously monitoring transactions, including withdrawalsEscalating suspicious transactions as per the redressal matrixEnsuring compliance with all Anti Money Laundering laws and regulationsMaintaining accurate and detailed records of all documentation verification processes, customer informationCollaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, while suggesting process improvements based on observed trendsEnsuring appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive information

Qualifications

Here's what you will need in your toolkit:

Minimum Language requirements: English (B2);6 Months+ Relevant working experience in a back-office role will be considered an advantage;Attention to detail;Proactive and Customer-centric;Basic computer skills & MS Office / Google Suite proficiency;
