This role is for a full-time Senior Kubernetes Engineer to help drive innovation from the company’s hybrid office environment – 3 days a week in office. As the Senior Kubernetes Engineer, you’ll be pivotal in crafting and optimizing Kubernetes environments, providing seamless, scalable solutions for diverse development teams. In this position you would be implementing and managing operators to meet developer needs, setting up role-based access and managing policies in a shared environment and handling network design. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience 4 years of demonstrable expertise with DevOps or Platform teams managing multiple Kubernetes clusters 6 years of experience in DevOps engineering Proficiency in GitOps, RBAC, Chaos Engineering/Resiliency Experience with AWS and EKS Desired Skills & Experience Strong Background in Kubernetes cluster design and configuration Experience in implementing operators and managing role-based permissions Knowledge of policy management and network design Expertise in multi-cluster and global deployments, including validating the mutating webhooks.
