Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the full range of GE HealthCare Korea's financial and operations.Provide commercial finance deal support: Proactively engage in deal profitability reviews and structuring. Seek margin accretion opportunities.Manage and track key business financial KPI measures – Pricing, Margin/ Mix management, Working Capital Flow, Growth, Performances, Profitability, etc.Drive healthy business growth by managing backlog, controllership/commercial compliance.Lead key operating rhythms by collaborating and aligning with key commercial, operation leaders. Assess risks/opportunities, establish action plans, and drive timely execution.Collaborate with the Marketing and Strategy teams to lead the annual budgeting process ensuring alignment with product and commercial teams. Work with country GM commercial leaders to develop a comprehensive financial/commercial plan that encompasses growth, GTM, spending, investments, and strategy.Drive external/internal financing activities to support business growth. Lead and manage partnerships with financial institutions.Manage working capital flow by focusing on billing, collection, and PD management.Lead HCS Korea Finance team, which covers direct supervision of Commercial Finance/FP&A team and indirect supervision of Controllership/Stat Accounting/Tax team in Korea.Engage in management decisions as part of GE HealthCare Korea leadership team, which includes HCS Korea and PDx Korea.Act as Finance representative of HealthCare Korea business. Collaborate with PDx Finance Manager to collectively manage finance/controllership.Lead internal finance communication to HealthCare Korea including town halls, new employee orientations, and other matters that require cross-business initiatives.Actively engage and lead key leadership decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Equivalent.At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance or a graduate of GE/GEHC Finance Leadership ProgramStrong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.Clear thinking / problem solving: ability to lead cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideasExcellent communication skills: ability to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing; experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions would be a plusStrong interpersonal skill : Confidence/Assertiveness and strong influencing skills. Ability to manage and work with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.Adaptable/Flexible:  being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situationsDemonstrated leadership skills and experiences. Strong organization management skills.High level of integrity and professionalism.
