Knowledge Manager - People
The Role
We’re seeking a Knowledge Manager to transform, elevate, and maintain Sage’s HR/People Knowledge Hub. In this newly created role within our Global HR/People team, you’ll lead a small team and drive enhancements to make the HR/People Knowledge Hub more user-friendly and self-service-focused for our employees. Your mission is to streamline access to HR/people-related information, empowering employees to self-serve, reducing query volumes, and creating a seamless, employee-centered experience that drives simplicity, efficiency, and innovation.

Your Priority
You'll analyze the current knowledge base hub to identify what’s working well and where improvements are needed. You’ll strategize and implement enhancements to enable a true self-service model (Tier 0). Working with teams across Digital Services, IT, Brand, Communications, and the wider HR/People team, your aim will be to reduce incoming queries by up to 20%, freeing HR/People Services teams (Tier 1 and Tier 2) to manage more complex queries and focus on strategic initiatives. Your ability to build trust, influence change, and drive adoption across the organization will be the key to your success.

Minimum Qualifications - What You'll Bring
• At least 5 years of Knowledge Management: Experience transforming and enhancing Knowledge Hubs, ideally within a global organization.
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage a small team and lead successful knowledge management projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in information architecture and user experience (proficiency with SharePoint and ServiceNow preferred).
• Change Management Skills: Effective at building trust, influencing change, and driving adoption across the organization.
• Communication & Collaboration: You are known for your effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability: Skilled at managing multiple tasks and adapting to evolving priorities, even in the face of ambiguity.
