The Intel and Cyber Division is assembling a team of network engineers, systems engineers, Unified Communications Engineers, and Integration Engineers, change management specialists, information assurance professionals, and procurement personnel knowledgeable in SCRM processes to support a program that provides critical network capabilities. The duties and responsibilities of the Knowledge Management Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following\:
Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy. Create, update, and curate content in our knowledge base, including technical documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and best practices. Collaborate with IT engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to capture relevant information. Ensure that knowledge articles are organized logically and tagged appropriately for easy retrieval. Generate, monitor, and analyze knowledge usage metrics to identify areas for improvement. Train team members on knowledge management processes and tools. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. The base salary range for this position is $120K to $135K. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
