In this critical role, you'll ensure that information is accurate, accessible, and relevant for all employee types across our organization, including full-time, part-time, salaried, and hourly workers.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Communications, HR, or related field 3+ years of experience in content or knowledge management Fluency in German, English and Hungarian (written and verbal) Strong content writing and editing abilities with attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Demonstrated experience with knowledge management systems or content management platforms Collaborative mindset with ability to work across departments Customer service orientation with empathy for diverse user needsPreferred Qualifications

Maintain, update, and publish content across the HR portal, ensuring information is current, accurate, and complies with organizational policies Establish and enforce content governance standards, taxonomies, and metadata frameworks Perform regular content audits to identify outdated information, redundancies, or gaps Manage the content lifecycle from creation through retirementConsultation Services
Partner with HR teams and subject matter experts to curate appropriate content for different employee audiences Advise stakeholders on best practices for knowledge organization and information architecture Develop guidelines for creating content that meets accessibility standards and user needs Support departments in translating complex HR policies into user-friendly formatsKnowledge Management System Expertise
Serve as the primary technical administrator for the HR portal platform Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions Document system processes and create training materials for content contributors Stay current on system updates and new featuresTechnology Enhancement
Actively participate in system upgrades and enhancement projects Collaborate with IT teams to implement new features and functionalities Contribute to user experience improvements based on employee feedback Help evaluate and test new knowledge management tools and technologiesContent Analytics & Reporting
