Knowledge Enabler

The Knowledge Enabler translates and communicates changed or new business information to operational departments, client departments and/or end customers. The Knowledge Enabler supports quality and communication standard. All with the aim of optimizing information supply, processes, and quality and by that achieving operational excellence. The Knowledge Enabler will have lead responsibilities in the areas of coaching and training other team members with a view to upskilling, creating or reviewing documentation, assessing quality of work, performance and providing feedback to management on this analysis. The Knowledge Enabler should have a solid understanding of how to lead without formal authority and developed corporate awareness feeding into a good overall knowledge of business impact in all activities. As a Knowledge Enabler, your duties and responsibilities include boosting the competencies of our employees by developing and conducting effective training programs. You will indirectly help enhance the employee’s workplace performance in conjunction with the company’s core values. You will be performing the training needs assessment, developing, and delivering the learning materials and curriculum and for managing different phases of training interventions. In short, you will be managing the education training requirements of the Global Support Operations organization.

 

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

 

• Experience in end-to-end Process mapping 

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint 

• Knowledge of coaching and training employees in a customer service environment 

• Knowledge in project planning and execution 

• Participate in projects related to new processes, policies, or new products. 

• Excellent attention to detail. 

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 

• Able to communicate cross-functionally and at all levels. 

• Strong work ethic, adaptive to changing priorities and able to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision. 

• Strong skills in evaluating and analyzing data/processes. 

• Displays a continuous improvement mindset.
