This is a Back Office role that works closely with our Sales Organization for Pacific countries (CL, CO, PE). The person in this role oversees Commex & Brand Data Management and Reporting and is in charge of the tools maintenance that are vital to run these operations. CO&S LA runs administrative work processes such as Promotion Activity Creation & Digitalization, Proof-Of-Performance Validation & Payment, Customer Deductions reconciliation (deductions & claims received from the customer due to a closed activity), Master Data management (Sales Force, SAP and Purchase Order maintenance), Reporting (generate or update transactional reports), internal controls support (audit sales processes).
Job Description Specifics
Veeva CRM data transformation process and creation of Reports – Internal Clients (Sales Force).
Maintenance and update process for Doctor and Pharmacy Portfolios.
Promotional Cycle Upload and Maintenance Process, in Veeva.
Design, construction and support process for Market Data Reports.
Design, build and support process for Sales Indicators reports (SI, SO, Distribution).
Update and support process for digital indicator reports.
Maintenance and support process for MicroMKT Events.

Job Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills: L2
English intermediate level (B1-B2).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective internal and external interactions.
Ability to collaborate efficiently within a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Attention to detail, this role requires a high level of accuracy.
Technical Skills: L2
Advanced Excel skill. Able to manage complex reports, pivot tables, formulas.
Intermediate/Advanced Knime. Able to understand workflow and fix them.
Intermediate/Advanced Power-BI. Able to run reports.
Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
Automation and development, utilizing tools to streamline processes.
Data-driven approach for trend analysis, utilizing analytics to drive operational improvements.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative capabilities.
