Overview of the Role
The Trilith Guesthouse Dishwasher/Steward position’s primary objective is to provide a clean and safe work area for our staff by washing tableware, pots, pans, and any other cooking equipment while keeping the dish room clean and organized

What you'll do
Assumes 100% responsibility for cleanliness of dishware.
Load, run, unload, and clean the dishwashing machines.
Monitor water temperatures and chemical levels to ensure proper sanitation.
Properly washes, sanitizes, and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
Handle tableware carefully to ensure loss prevention and prevent breakage.
Keep dish room, food preparation, and production areas clean and organized as required.
Performs additional responsibilities as directed by the Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor
