Job Description: Kitchen Manager Location: Lumberton, NC, 28358

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning. The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and that all kitchen staff are properly trained and supervised.

Responsibilities: Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards Train and supervise kitchen staff Manage inventory and order supplies as needed Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced Ensure that all kitchen staff adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop new menu items and specials Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
