Efficient ordering and inventory control Maintaining high food quality and consistency Upholding rigorous health and safety standards Effective staff management, training, and development Budget oversight, cost management, and waste control Spearheading the creation & development of new culinary offerings Willing to work weekends, require working shifts based on a 195-hour month
