As a Kitchen Equipment Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day maintenance functions that keep the park running smoothly. Job Summary: This role involves maintaining and ensuring the proper operation of commercial kitchen and beverage equipment, including conducting routine inspections and operational tests. It also includes training Food and Beverage Department staff and General Maintenance Technicians in equipment operation and basic troubleshooting. Additionally, accurate documentation of maintenance activities is required.
