The Scheduling Team, sits within our Supply Chain Team and in this role you’ll have the chance to work with all areas of our business to ensure we’re servicing our customers with the right product, in the right place, at the right time at the right cost.
As a Kit Scheduler, you will contribute to the operation of the Kit Rooms through the effective planning and scheduling of Stryker Products. This involves ensuring items on upcoming case bookings are sourced appropriately and sufficient kits and components are available to complete assembly and go out to our customers.
What You Will Do:
Ensure efficiency of the Kit Room function through ensuring booked cases are appropriately scheduled for and ensuring sufficient inventory and instruments are available to pick for bookings
Develop relationships internally with Sales, Operations Leaders, Kit Assemblers and all areas of Customer Service and externally with operating theatre, and sterilizing department staff
Drive a positive Customer Experience through delivery of kits in full and maintaining excellent communication with customers
Ensure individual actions & team processes maintain an exemplary record of compliance and commitment to relevant quality standards
Participation in continuous process improvement aligned with the quality standards
What You Need:
Excellent communication skills to work with a diverse range of internal and external customers
Computer skills – JDE or similar ERP system, Windows applications including Excel and Outlook, Salesforce Knowledge
Logistical and planning skills, along with excellent organisational skills
Ability to think critically to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement
Strong results orientation with the ability to make quick, fact driven decisions
