KIP Spring 2025 - Programs Outreach Intern - Foundation for Economic Education
The Koch Internship Program (KIP) is a paid, 10-week experiential learning program run by that offers meaningful work experience at non-profits all over the country tackling some of our nation’s most pressing . Throughout your internship with a partner organization, Stand Together Fellowships hosts virtual professional development sessions every Thursday from 1-5 pm ET, wherein you will be mentored by seasoned professionals as you craft a capstone project on the topic that matters most to you.  Interns will receive either a $5,500 or $3,300 stipend from Stand Together Fellowships depending on whether they are participating full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (28 hours/week). Successful candidates will interview with both our non-profit partner organizations and Stand Together Fellowships staff, so we strongly encourage you to apply in advance!

About FEE's Programs Team: The Programs Outreach Intern will play a key role in supporting the outreach efforts of the FEE Programs team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our outreach division, gaining hands-on experience in researching, identifying, and analyzing expansion opportunities. You will also contribute to market research and assist in developing strategies to partner with a wider range of institutions.
Our team focuses on delivering top-tier programs to high school teachers through a dynamic faculty network. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in outreach strategies, learn to effectively assess potential partnerships, and apply key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and optimize your work. Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify potential institutional partnerships and expansion opportunities.Assist in prospecting and developing outreach strategies.Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to the outreach team.Collaborate with the team to develop strategic approaches for engagement with high school educators.Learn and apply outreach KPIs to evaluate the success of different initiatives.Skills:Business, Economics, or other related majors desired, but not required.Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration at all levels.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and willingness to learn new software and tools.Independent and team-oriented, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach to work.Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and resourceful mindset.$5,500 - $5,500 a yearStand Together Fellowships believes that diversity in experiences, perspectives, knowledge and ideas fuels creativity, broadens knowledge, and helps drive success.
