Job DescriptionSupervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.Engage with children in a friendly and positive manner, encouraging participation in activities.Monitor children's behavior, manage any conflicts, and maintain a positive atmosphere.Assist in organizing and leading a variety of age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, sports, and educational sessions.Prepare materials and set up the activity areas as required.Ensure activities are inclusive and cater to the varying interests and abilities of the children.Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment in the Kids Club, including regular sanitization of toys, equipment, and play areas.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including first aid and emergency response.Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to the Kids Club Supervisor.Welcome children and parents warmly, explaining the Kids Club’s activities and policies.Communicate with parents about their children’s experiences and any specific needs or concerns.Assist in addressing any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.Assist with the registration process, ensuring accurate records of children’s attendance and any special requirements.Help in maintaining inventories of Kids Club supplies and materials.Provide feedback to the Kids Club Supervisor on the effectiveness of activities and any observed needs for improvements.QualificationsExcellent communication skillsFluent in English and any additional language is an advantage.Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in food & beverage operation; preferably in a similar quality hotel.A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation. Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
