Responsibilities:
-Develop I&I users in responsible area and achieve year target
-Responsible whole process including developing user, order winning and payment receiving from customer
-Have working experience in Party A / Party B and customer development in state-owned enterprises, and have PMP certificate is preferred.
-Be familiar with the bidding process, be able to promote the projects, and have large service provider resources.
-Cooperate with the marketing department / R & D department to implement relevant policies, such as industry tool promotion and trial, market research, user training, etc.
-Self-planning and managing daily users’ visiting
-Keep good communication and tight cooperation with other function team
-开发所在区域的I&I用户生意,并完成年度目标。
-负责行业用户的开发、订单获取、最终回款的整个流程。
-有甲方\乙方工作经验,做过国央企客户的开发,拥有PMP优先。
-熟悉招投标流程,能推进招投标项目,有大型服务商资源。
-配合市场部/研发部落实相关政策,例如行业工具推广试用、市场调研、用户培训等等。
-自我规划和管理日常用户拜访工作。
-跟公司其他团队保持良好沟通和紧密合作。
QualificationsRequirements:
-Experience in energy and power / Aerospace Military Industry / rail transit / construction industry is preferred
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing, Business, Trade, Mechanics, etc.
-3 years or above experience in industrial goods sales and end user development;
-Sense of self-discipline, ability to work independently, accepting frequent business trips
-Good communication, organization and managerial skills, team spirit
-Problem-solution orientation and structural thinking
-Good English skills (written/oral), CET 4 or above
任职要求:
-能源电力/航天军工/轨道交通/建筑建工等行业经验优先考虑
-本科以上学历,市场营销、贸易、机械制造等相关专业优先考虑。
-3年以上终端客户开发经验,工业品销售经验优先考虑。
-具备自我管理的意识及独立开展工作的能力,能适应经常出差。
-具备良好的沟通、组织及管理技能,具备团队合作精神。
-善于发现、分析并解决问题,具备系统性思维。
-具备较好的英语实际应用能力,大学英语四级及以上水平。
