Context & Main Purpose of Job
The job holder will be responsible to assist to develop the execution strategy for the MT (Modern Trade) account.
Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas
+ Develops customer and channel specific plans (from ideation, sell-in, on-time and in full execution, and post-activity evaluation.).
+ Acquire in-depth understanding of shopper, category, and market needs for the customer and channel.
+ Effectively analyze the data (internal and external) and be able to provide data-driven insights and action plans to grow the business.
+ Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grow the category and drive insight-selling backed-up by data to ensure on-time response to market trends and needs.
+ Ensure regular customer engagement through business reviews to further build business and relationship.
+ Ensure omni-perfect store basics such as shopper-centric availability and replenishment, elevated visibility & merchandising, and effective & exciting activations.
+ Responsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth.
+ Responsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicators.
+ Ensuring successful new store openings by making Selecta Ice Cream brands stand out inside the store.
+ Develop account plans and lead initiatives based on account's strategy/business needs aligned with Unilever’s strategy and business priorities in the channel.
+ Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to and has the ability to negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel.
+ Work closely with Category, Channel Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross functional partners to ensure that KPIs and activities are implemented on time and in full.
+ Manages customer profitability as well as A/R through efficient budget management and regular reconciliation.
Qualifications
+ Data drive mindset, Network and Influencing, Leadership, Collaboration, Brilliant Execution, Communication and Presentation, Order to Cash Technical Know How
+ Open to fresh graduates of business, process management and engineering related courses
+ Mid-career with experience on business operations management and sales/key account management
+ Willing to be based in Pasig and conduct trade engagements (nationwide), as necessary.
+ Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Knowledge in Power BI is an advantage;
+ Knows how to drive and willing to do heavy field work in assigned area.
