Key Accounts Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the Key Accounts Manager(s) Set up for customer meetings Order and control of samples for shows and presentations Assist with queries of products not scanning in store Typing and distribution of minutes, general correspondence, deal sheets, allocations etc. Preparing of spreadsheets Set up of appointments for Key Accounts departments Action payment of expense claim forms New store opening updating Taking messages and following up on queries Liaise with Advertising company for customers advertised lines Skills and Requitements:
Bachelors Degree At least 2 years work experience Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport Solid administration skills with advanced Excel Be able to work overtime when necessary Be able to handle pressure with high attention to detail Organisational and time management skills Good understanding of merchandising principles Apply: [email protected]
