Position overview:

 We are looking for our Key Account Manager within the Connection Systems business, based out of Velizy. Reporting directly to the sales manager, he/she will follow price evolution for serial and in development programs and increase program profitability.  Build customer relationships of trust and reliability which result in growth and favorable commercial agreements.

  Key Responsibilities:

Support Sales Manager to drive profitable sales growth to help achieve overall E-Systems revenue and margin targets. Coordinate and discuss commercial issue with the customer (past dues, price agreements….) Coordinate change management. Prepare and submit quotations to the customer and be the first contact in case of commercial and/or technical questions. Build relationship with internal departments. Improve our sales process to enhance our sales team productivity. Maintain internal reporting (Plant improvement plans, growth plans, APR’s, LPMP, etc.)

 Key skills and Qualifications:

 Technical degree with strong relational skills

Understanding financial metrics and being able to analyze sales data. Clear and effective communication with customers. Skills in Excel, VBA appreciated. Good Knowledge of automotive business (connection systems and harness being a plus) An experience with French OEMs appreciated. Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
