Job Title: Key Account Manager (Tiers in E-Mobility)

Report to: Business Line Manager

Location: Shanghai

Mission:

This is a great opportunity if you want to work in an entrepreneurial environment and like challenging mission. We are looking for a Key Account Manager who can contribute to the ambitious growth of our IAS division business in China.

You will focus to develop SCA adhesive dispensing, Henrob SPR system, KFLOW FDF system, ELD system and integrated vision system business for E-Mobility industry, promote company product & solution and achieve objective sales revenue;You will have fantastic opportunities to learn, to share & to work together with our international sales networks;

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Achieve sales target by focus on E-Mobility Tiers including Battery tray, Battery housing, Battery cover and Power Storage, implement sales activities to increase market share and maximize company profitability including ADH, SPR, FDF, ELD, Vision and Service;Manage and develop the cooperation with target line builders in E-Mobility industry, including solution and technical training, new product launch, as well as build up and maintain the frame agreement (if feasible);Identify business value chain and DMU (decision maker unit), build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders at different level;Find out customer insights and pain points, create the opportunities through customer’s co-developing, WTL (walk the line) and events…etc.;Manage the pipeline in Sales Force to update the project information periodically and clearly;Develop new customers through marketing leads follow, cooperation with glue material suppliers, partner’s (dealer and distributor) network;Work closely with innovation center to develop customer’s application process, technical validation and process test;Collaborate with marketing team to organize and execute customer events which include customer day, seminars, roadshow…etc. to deliver our USP, value proposition and grow our brand reputation;Work closely with divisional and other customer center team to align E-Mobility strategy and implement China Plan successfully;Keep eyes in E-motor, E-Transmission, E-Converter, E-Controller by synergy with ELD team;Cooperate with credit controller to fix the receivables & overdue issues efficiently and effectively;Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the manager;

 
To succeed, you will need  

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Auto or M&E;

Experience

At least 5 years working experience as sales;Experience in Tiers and Battery industry is preferred;The working experience in multinational company is preferred;Basic management experience & leadership is awarded;

Competence Requirement:

Communication and presentation skill;Negotiation skillProficient in English (oral and written);Microsoft PC skill (Be good at Power Point and Excel is must);Knowledge of electrical vehicle manufacturing is preferred;
